Community Planning for Water Quality in Utah - Water quality is important for everyone in the State of Utah. Whether
you're trying to protect drinking water or improve local streams and
lakes, there are ways to incorporate water quality into community planning efforts that will save money in the long run, and improve
recreational and natural amenities. This powerpoint is being presented
accross the State by the Utah Watershed Coordinating Council. It
provides a basic process for including water quality in local planning
and zoning. There are also several case studies from Utah communities
that have already begun the process of planning for water quality, along
with resource contact information and potential funding sources. If you
